At this time, we are NOT in network with Tricare HMO or Tricare PRIME. However, we do offer flexible payment options, including cash pricing, if you choose to work outside of standard insurance providers.

Our new patient pricing, which includes cash pricing options, also covers up to 4 follow-up visits within 6 months, regardless of your insurance providers.

Follow up within 1 year, such as a 1, 3, or 6-month follow-up visit. Any appointment within the year of your consultation is important. A year after your first visit, you will need an annual visit, with options available for cash pricing and various insurance providers to ensure you have suitable payment options.
