Our current online scheduling system will require our office follow up with you to create a chart and collect more information.

We will need to obtain your medical history, hospitalizations, medications, allergies, obtain medical history, and consult and provide treatment options and order testing. This New Patient Price includes Up to 4 Follow Up visits within 6 months!
Follow Up within 1 year, such as a 1, 3, 6 month follow up. Any visit within the year of your consult. A year after your first visit, then you will need an annual visit.

Yearly CPAP compliance for insurance coverage of your CPAP supplies and equipment. Even if we are out of network, you can meet compliance and obtain your yearly prescription for CPAP supplies or CPAP Device order from Dr. Christina Rigas.
Please remember we must have your sleep study and consult note on file for this visit. You can obtain these ahead of time by signing a release of information to obtain your records.
