During your first in-person visit with the physician, we provide an evaluation for medical marijuana eligibility, which includes discussions about patient education and personalized treatment plans. Once recommendations for your medical marijuana card certification are made, they will be entered into the registry for the state of Florida. Please note that state fees are separate from the physician's fees.

Initial Certification Fee: $150

Recertification Fee: $75

Recertification can be completed through telehealth visits every 7 months, as required by law. Additionally, we can discuss options for injectable medications as part of your treatment plan.
